Questions, answered
Do I need a large dataset to benefit from AI?
Not necessarily. Many AI tools use pre-trained models such as GPT and Claude, which need no training data from you at all. For chatbots, document processing and content generation, you can start straight away. For custom models that learn from your own data, we usually recommend at least a few hundred examples, and we can check whether your project is feasible during a free consultation.
How long does an AI integration project take?
Simple integrations, such as adding a chatbot or a document summariser, can be done in two to four weeks. Larger projects that involve training a custom model, connecting several systems or deploying across a big organisation usually take six to twelve weeks. You get a detailed timeline after discovery, based on what you need and the systems you already have.
Will AI replace my employees?
That is not the aim. AI takes on the repetitive, time-consuming tasks so your team can spend more time on the work that needs people: planning, creative work and looking after customers.
Is my data safe when using AI services?
We take data security seriously. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and we work within GDPR and other privacy rules. When a third-party AI provider is involved, we make sure data processing agreements are in place, and we can set things up so sensitive data stays on your own servers if needed.
Can AI integrate with my existing software?
